Flat posted price, no commission salespeople. Two packages, that's it: Perfect Water City for $2,495 (whole-house filter, softener, and RO drinking water with remineralization) and Perfect Water Well for $2,895 (softener, iron and sulfur treatment, and RO), flat, installed.
No scare tactics, no upsell script. Just a fast, free water test and a straight answer. Clean, soft, great-tasting water in one package. UV ($1,295) is the only add-on, for wells with bacteria.
One quick question, then how to reach you.
How it works
No jargon, no upsells. From your first call to a working system, every step is clear.
We test your water on-site and explain the results in plain English. No cost, no obligation, no "let me talk to my manager" nonsense.
We tell you what you need and what you don't. Then it's one of two packages: Perfect Water City ($2,495) or Perfect Water Well ($2,895). No upsell script.
Licensed plumbers put in your system, then test everything and walk you through it.
What we install
City or well. Each package includes whole-home treatment plus under-sink RO with remineralization. UV is a $1,295 add-on only when a well test shows bacteria.
Every skilled tradesperson deserves great pay. Plumbing is skilled, licensed, physical, essential, and in-demand work. We make sure the installers we work with earn a fair, living wage.
But when one hour of a plumber's time costs four to eight times what you earn in yours, you're paying for overhead and middlemen, not the work itself.
We feel there are companies taking advantage of people in our community with sales tactics designed to get you to pay more than you need to. We post one flat price instead.
Flat, posted prices
Clean, great-tasting water shouldn't be a luxury. We charge a fair fee, the installers we work with earn a fair rate, and you get the right system at an honest price.
Optional add-ons
Your town's water
Source, disinfectant, and hardness from each town's official Annual Water Quality Report, plus what we'd recommend. Pick your town.
Annual reports are yearly averages or single samples from the water system. What comes out of your tap can be different, and many homes in these towns are on private wells. Our free in-home water test confirms what you actually have before we recommend anything.

Your neighbors, not a corporation
Water in Orange County varies from town to town and from well to well. Your town's official water report is a good place to start, and our free in-home water test shows what is actually coming out of your tap.
We started Fair & Honest Water because we saw families getting sold overpriced systems they didn't need, or cheap systems that never solved their actual problems. We do it differently.
We understand Orange County, NY water, from municipal chlorine to well-water iron and sulfur.
We don't show up at your house for a high-pressure sell. Have questions? We'll talk it through on a call.
Professional, clean, and fully tested.
